According to Just the News article featuring John Solomon’s interview of “Peter McCullough, Chief Scientific Officer at The Wellness Company, says mechanical ventilators were not the best treatment option for acute COVID patients. ‘One study shows even at autopsy, a significant percentage had bacteria causing additional pneumonia and lung damage that were not covered by the antibiotics used,’ says Dr. McCullough. ‘So the ventilator actually caused untreated pneumonias and patients suffered‘. “

During the same interview, a separate Just the News article shares, “doctors veered away from the traditional medical response during the COVID pandemic because of fear” and “most hospitals were playing defense instead of trying to figure out how to treat patients early to avoid hospitalization”.
