We kept fighting, did what we felt was required to protect the public to prevent this happening to others in the future so we ‘soldier on’ filing this amended complaint in Texas to stop all Covid-19 mandates.

Houston Methodist has filed for dismissal of our case, we file opposition to Houston Methodist’s motion to dismiss on October 2, 2023. The State will have two weeks to reply to this amended complaint. The Judge will then rule on our lawsuit and how it will proceed.

Houston Methodist did not attempt to address the merits of the case because they could not, what they did was indefensible and in their quest to ‘Lead Medicine’ has led this country down a very long, dark road.

Houston Methodist seeks to have the lawsuit dismissed only on ‘technical grounds’. Houston Methodist could not claim they had the right to subject US to ‘those drugs under the Texas at-will employment law’ which was ‘what they relied on in the first lawsuit’ to prevail ‘so you can see how they have changed their mind, legally speaking, overnight’.

This case is very complex, NO ONE knows what is going to happen. If the Judge decides the case cannot move forward, he will be required to make that declaration for each plaintiff and not the group as a whole.

This ‘Shot Heard Round the World’ is the ‘first of its kind lawsuit’ and seeks to demonstrate the mandates ‘across the nation were and are unlawful’.
