Col. Phil Waldron served in the United States Army for 30 years, and is a decorated combat veteran. He has extensive operational experience in Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Strategic Communications, Joint Information Operations, Special TechnicalOperations, Cyber/Computer Network Operations, OPSEC, All-Source Intelligence analysis, Unconventional Warfare, and Operations Integration. Starting his career as an Air Cavalry Officer and completing his career as a Joint Operations Officer, Col. Waldron has commanded, operated and led from the tactical to strategic levels, and has extensive experience in the Middle-East and Afghanistan. Col. Phil Waldron has spoken at many election cybersecurity conferences recently. He has also testified before state legislatures and as an expert for election litigation related to the 2020 elections and testified at hearings in many states”.
